I stayed here for one night before checking into the Hyatt centric in downtown Manhattan using points. I wasn't expecting much but boy was I wrong. What a clean hotel. The lobby had a bar, a seating area and a lunch area. Very plush seating. The customer service is on point and they were very helpful in letting us know of really good places to eat dinner. I got the king room with a comfortable bed with comfy over sized pillows. They had really decent sized bath towels, which is pretty good for her plus size girl like me. i'm thinking they recently renovated by the looks of their room no strange smells no strange drippings on the walls. Really good place to stay at for the night. In the heart of there china town. Safe to walk around at night as well.

The Mrs. and I wanted to check out the largest Chinatown in U.S.A. with this trip to NYC. We picked this hotel for 1 night because it is located in downtown Flushing and the middle of Chinatown. We were very impressed with the friendly service of the check-in desk. Our room was hugh and clean. The room had a sitting area with a good-sized sofa. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The quiet heater kept the room very comfortable. Water pressure was a little weak. There was a small refrigerator, but no microwave in the room. WiFi was strong. The free breakfast was the best we ever experienced at this price range. The breakfast was Asian themed with congee, seaweed & tofu miso soup, and salad. Standard American fares such as oatmeal, fruits, scrambled eggs, French toast, etc. were also available. Coffee was a little weak. I am lactase sensitive, so it was a pleasant surprise to see oatmeal milk available. The base cost of our room was $166 per night, which was extremely reasonable. We were able to walk, sightseeing, and eat through the heart of Chinatown with ease. Free shutter service from and to LaGuardia was available. The tram station to catch the number 7 line to Manhattan was 5 to 10 minutes away by foot. We have no hesitation in staying here again.

If you love being in Flushing, deep in the heart of everything Asian, this is the hotel to be at! Located in the heart of Flushing, this place is so convenient for everything you want to do. The rooms are pretty spacious, with a modern layout. Breakfast is solid, with both western and Chinese options available. But the best part is how convenient everything is. All around you is a ton of variety of Chinese restaurants, shops, boba stores, etc. The subway station is also conveniently right around the corner, meaning easy to hop on a train and go straight into NYC. Finally, this hotel also has complimentary shuttle to and from LGA, making it easy getting to and from the airport. Overall, really good experience staying here! Would definitely come stay here again next time! :)

This was a wonderful hotel in a great location, close to Citi Field and the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. You could walk to either in less than 20 minutes, or get a quick Uber. The rooms were spacious (we had a suite, so there was a separate bedroom and bath which was great for traveling with our child), clean and some had good views of the city. The free breakfast was simple, but a great perk for early mornings and the coffee bar was awesome. The rooftop bar/restaurant had great drinks and amazing views of the city/citi field. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. There were thousands of really great food options right outside of the hotel, but only Asian cuisine, so if you were looking for anything else, it is hard to find nearby (other than the Subway/Starbucks in the mall nearby). In addition, there was some loud noise on the weekend nights outside of my room, so suggest earplugs or a higher floor if that's an issue for you. Overall highly recommend the hotel for the location, rooms and rooftop bar!

We stayed there for few nights just to explore Flushings food scenes. Its strategically located near center of Chinatown, 2 blocks from subway. You can roll out of bed & have immediate access to some of the best Asian cuisines/desserts in the east coast. Hotel offers shuttle to LaGuardia but not JFK. Our kingroom was huge with a comfy medium soft mattress, The AC was a bit annoying as it blasted air at our face, but we had to keep it on to sleep. We slept well most of the time, double blackout curtains worked great. The furnishings were adequate: L section sofa, fridge, safe, keurig, lots of closet space. The bathroom was spacious albeit with basic vinyl counter top. The shower pressure was not great but adequate. They have a small gym with 1 treadmill & 2 bikes, 50 lb weights. There is a bar/lounge on top floor. Continental breakfast consisted of egg, sausage, pancake, fruits, basic congee. We didn't try any since we came to Flushings to eat real food. Within 2 blocks of the hotel there are literally 100 restaurants, bakeries, cafe, food stalls & boba shops, many are yelp hot spots & Instagram worthy. Our fav are Maxi's noodle and a no name charcoal bbq cart on corner of Roosevelt & Prince.
